Folien GmbH Monheim is certified according to the internationally recognized quality standards ISO 9001:2008 and the standard DIN EN 15593/2008: Hygiene management in the production of food packaging. 

ISO 9001:2008 documents that the management system fulfils the requirements of the regulations in the area of processing plastic and aluminium foils for food and household.

DIN EN 15593 is the standard for hygiene management in the production of food packaging, which essentially meets the requirements of the British BRC/loP standard.

The standard focuses on topics such as hazard analysis and risk assessment with monitoring of process points of high risk. In addition, DIN EN 15593 contains requirements for HACCP concepts, good manufacturing practice (2003/94/EC) and environmental hygiene.
